This initial session will help you understand what you can expect from the coaching process. It's a great time to discuss your current situation and gain a better understanding of your needs, discern your priorities, values and goals to establish an action plan to achieve them. The benefits of coaching is helping you achieve a mindset that keeps you functioning above the level of your current challenge. "Everything is figure-outable" as Marie Kondo might say. I say there is NOT a problem in the history of the world that we can't solve, we just need help sometimes. After all, we don't do life by ourselves. YOU are showing up for your DREAMS. Woo Hoo. Get ready, because life is about to get a little more exciting. My tag line is combining intellect with intuition. I will definitely propose logical steps for you to take actions on but I also will incorporate Oracle or Tarot cards, crystals or other metaphysical or 'woo woo' tools to reach your subconscious and help you repattern the way you think. You don't think wrong, it's just a bit limited. If I can teach this to doctors and accountants - the most left-brain people in the world, you can definitely get this too without fear. Based on this session, you may choose a 3-month, 6-month or 1 year package that will fit your plans of who you want to become or what you want your entrepreneurial business to look like 1 year from now.
